Andrew Ip

Andrew has been an independent insurance agent since 2006. Working together with his clients to understand their needs and priorities, he leverages his knowledge and experience to help his clients. He finds great satisfaction in developing authentic relationships with his clients and helping his fellow Idahoans.
Andrew graduated from Boise State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration and worked for Fortune 500 companies for 10 years before becoming an insurance agent. Andrew enjoys exploring new foods and spending his time with his wife, their dog, and their adult children.
Grace Cramer
Administrative Assistant
Grace has been working with Andrew since the fall of 2021 and helps out with all things administrative.
She graduated from the University of Oregon and worked in the interior design field for years before she launched her own business as a certified doula. She has found that her keen eye for design and her desire to support people making important decisions has transitioned to the insurance industry in surprisingly helpful ways.
Grace is a fourth-generation Idahoan and loves spending time with her husband, three daughters, and their dog in the Idaho mountains.
